Sugar Free Raspberry Ice cream


Hi, I’m Yasmine, I’m nearly 10.  I love making healthy, delicious food.  I hope you really like this recipe, my brother and little sisters do.

This delicious ice cream is super easy to make and scrumptious, it’s also really healthy! You can do different flavours such as pineapple, chocolate or vanilla. Also you can add your own favourite flavours by just adding your fruits or maybe make it with vanilla or choc chips. 


Tip: Silicon moulds for chocolate moulds make beautiful ice cream shapes for little fingers.

  1. 1/2 cup of cashews soaked for six hours
  2. 1 tin organic coconut milk
  3. 1 1/2 cups of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  4. 1tsp of vanilla essence
  5. 3 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  6. Sprinkle of cacao nibs
